The Labor Day record is here

The obligatory registration of the Working Day is obligatory since last May 12, as established by the new legislation that requires all employees, both part-time and full-time, to file.

There are several options to establish this registry of entries and exits. But the most practical, rigorous and comfortable for both employees and employers is, without doubt, the fichador.

That is to say, a terminal for the fichaje of the workers with system of recognition of fingerprints and other useful benefits to take a control of more exhaustive presence of the schedules of the employees.

Concerned to offer companies everything they need for the development of their activity in any sector, in Reysan we offer the possibility of buying a fingerprint clock-in. These systems based on fingerprint recognition have proved to be the most practical and rigorous. The main advantage is that they can go beyond the minimum established by law and perform other tasks such as establishing schedules, collecting incidents or calculating salaries.

You can see all the features of this time clock in the product sheet and, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our team. We will inform you about all the features of this article.

What does the check-in and check-out consist of? 4 keys

Since this is a new law, there are some aspects that as entrepreneurs it is necessary to know. For this reason, we review the provisions of Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, of 8 March, on urgent measures for social protection and the fight against precarious work in the working day:

  1. The daily record of the working day must include the specific start and end times. This applies to all workers, without prejudice to the flexible working hours established in the article.
  2. The company must keep the records for 4 years.
  3. The objectives of this law are aimed at ensuring compliance with the limits of the working day, promoting the control of the Labour Inspectorate and ensuring legal security for workers.
  4. As of May 12, non-compliance with these measures may result in penalties of up to 6,000 euros.

We hope that this information will be of use to you in adapting your business to the new labour legislation, and we will be delighted to facilitate your work in this process!
